The platform announced that IIROC had approved its dealer registration and IIROC membership.

With the regulation, Coinsquare's client funds will be fully segregated & hold by licensed and insured custodians.

Also, Coinsquare will have to provide monthly financial reports and keep enough money on hand to cover liabilities

The Canadian Investment Protection Fund will safeguard customer account funds in the case of bankruptcy.
