Patna’s Yashita Selected in BCCI, Will Play Women’s Under 19 Challenger Trophy

16-year-old Yashita will play in the Women's Under-19 T20 Challenger Trophy in Goa starting November 1.

Yashita, class X student has a long interest in cricket since childhood.

There is no professional coach, but her father is the coach who trained her daughter to reach this point.

In the series held in July this year, Yashita played six matches in which she scored 222 runs while playing well in all.

Yashita tells that four teams will play in the Challenger Trophy to be held in Goa: India A, India B, India C and India D.

And Yashita will play from India D, she tells that two teams will be selected in this tournament, in which India A and India B will be included.

If Yashita's performance is good, she will be selected in India A, and will participate in the match against Sri Lanka and West Indies
